What is MSF?
MSF collects short, structured feedback from colleagues. It gives you a rounded view of your practice. It counts towards the practice-related feedback you need for revalidation.
How MSF works with Nurse Tools
- You add the colleagues you want feedback from;
- they each complete a short, confidential questionnaire;
- Nurse Tools collects the responses;
- once enough colleagues have replied, you get a report.
Using MSF for revalidation
